Now that the guild's 50th anniversary is in the rearview mirror, we have adopted a fresh look for our logo!
The logo incorporates the weathervane block that has been GQCCC's icon ever since its founding. Blue skies and golden hills at the base of Mt Diablo in the center square represent the geography of our region. The odd-colored arrow in the southeast corner is also a signature feature, and longtime member Fran McNamee says she was told by old-timers that this is often done by guilds to make their block unique and exclusive to their guild.
