We are unable to accept  you donations at this time

As of May 10, 2026, we are unable to accept any more donations of sewing and quilting fabric and supplies.

We will resume accepting donations later in the year. This page will be updated when we are again open for donations.

MEMBERS - Please do not drop items off at the Farmhouse or contact the Donations Chair for pickup. We will send out an email blast when we are again accepting donations.

We greatly appreciate your support, and we will be happy to accept your items when we free up some space

The annual Country Store and Fabric Sale is one of our main fundraising events of the year, and your quilt-related donations are truly appreciated. We have a small group of hard-working members who act as our donation committee.  The committee screens all donations carefully to determine if the items are suitable for resale.  Items not suitable for our purposes cannot be accepted.

We want your donation to have the greatest impact, so please review the information below on what we can or cannot accept.

We WILL accept:

  • Good quality 100% cotton quilt fabric, in pieces 1/4 yard or larger (no "scraps" please),
  • Unopened "Pre-cut" fabric packages, such as Jelly Rolls, Layer Cakes, Charm Packs, etc.,
  • Quilt-related notions such as: rulers, templates, cutting mats, rotary cutters, scissors, etc.,
  • Unopened spools of thread,

We MAY accept the following on a case-by-case basis, after evaluation by a donation committee member:

  • Quilts, quilt tops and "UFOs",
  • Quilting-related books,
  • Sewing machines, if in good working order.

We CANNOT accept:
