2026 Fashion Showcase Entry Form

Celebrate your creative craftsmanship! 

All members are invited to model or display items they have created by hand or machine, whether quilted or not at the June 16, 2026 general meeting.

Rules for entering an item are below:

1.  You must be a GQCCC member to enter the showcase.  If you are not a member, and wish to join to enter an item, visit the Join page.

2.  There is no limit to the number of entries, but you must fill out a separate entry form for each item.

3.  Once you have successfully entered your item using the online form, you must contact the event organizer (Meg Verga) if you have any changes.

4.  By completing the form, you certify that this item was created by you and agree to have it included in the Fashion Showcase.
