WORKSHOP: "Fabric Manipulation" with Reba Siero (IN-PERSON)

Have you ever wondered how some of those cool folded motifs and textures are made? This workshop is an introduction to the varied techniques that have been developed through time to embellish clothing, purses, and quilted objects.

We will be folding and hand sewing fabrics to create at least three motifs or textures. This is a hand work class and no machine is required. Reba will offer suggestions for using the resulting pieces in a quilt or garment, and how you can scale them up or down in size to suit the project.

Resources, patterns and step-by-step instructions will be provided.

Doors open at 9:30 AM for set up, workshop starts at 10:00 AM.
