2026 Quilt Show Online Entry Form

Please read the Quilt Show Entry Instructions before you begin!

Begin the process of entering your quilt by clicking on the Register button in the sidebar on the left.

You will be directed to the online entry form.  Please complete all sections of the form.  You will be requested to upload at least one picture of your quilt or project, so please have the file saved to a location on your computer before you begin the registration process.

You may enter up to FIVE quilts/projects in the show.  You will need to register separately for each entry, but multiple registrations are allowed using the same member contact information and email.  You must be a member of GQCCC to enter.

Once your entry registration is complete, changes can only be made by replying to your confirmation email or by contacting the webmaster by using the contact form.

The deadline for entering is 11:59 PM on Monday, March 16, 2026
