Librarian: Mary Pimentel-Wheeler, Chair and Nancy Van Meter, raffle book
Looking for inspiration for your next quilt? GQCCC is privileged to have its own library, located at the Guild “Farmhouse”. The library contains books on quilting and associated quilting arts, as well as many unique books on quilting history. There is a range of books to appeal to all interests: traditional, contemporary, modern, art quilts, hand and machine quilting, and the quilt history. In addition to books, the library has quilt marking stencils that are available for checkout. The library is open whenever the Farmhouse is open, and instructions for checking out books are posted in the library. Ask any hostess for assistance, if needed.
Please feel free to visit the library any time to see what we have – we’re sure you’ll find something of interest! To check a template, pattern or video out, please write your name, description of the item, and date checked out on the binder that is in the box with the quilt templates.
Up to 6 items and/or books may be checked out at a time, and may be kept for 30 days. If you wish to extend your check out, please use the link below or contact the librarian.
