Librarian: Mary Pimentel-Wheeler, Chair; Maryann Bowers, farmhouse and Nancy Van Meter, raffle book
Looking for inspiration for your next quilt? GQCCC is privileged to have its own library, located at the Guild “Farmhouse”. The library contains over 1000 books on quilting and associated quilting arts such as appliqué, fabric dying, and embroidery. There is a wide range of books to appeal to all interests: traditional, contemporary, modern, wearable, art quilts, hand or machine quilting. In addition to books, the library has magazines, quilting templates and patterns that can also be checked out. The library is open whenever the Farmhouse is open, and any Farmhouse Hostess can assist you with checking out library materials if the Librarian isn’t present.
Please feel free to visit the library any time to see what we have – we’re sure you’ll find something of interest! To check a template, pattern or video out, please write your name, description of the item, and date checked out on the binder that is in the box with the quilt templates.
Up to 6 items and/or books may be checked out at a time, and may be kept for 30 days. If you wish to extend your check out, please use the link below or contact the librarian.
